How FitGrip Was Born: A Resilience Revolution
FitGrip was born on a pilates reformer in the midst of a heartbreak.
On my training course, life blindsided me with a sudden, unexpected breakup — the kind that shatters your heart and shakes your foundation. I was left to navigate the wreckage of what I thought would be.
But I kept showing up. I stayed in the training.
And there, on that reformer — tears falling, nose running, sweat dripping. I was feeling ashamed and embarrassed that my grief was so visible. Devinely inspired, from that brave vulnerability the spark was born.
I decided I wanted to create fitness towels and accessories that didn't shame a vulnerable moment — but rather honored it. Products that are celebrating showing up on the hard days. Products which reminded people that resilience is not always loud or glamorous. Sometimes, it’s just getting out of bed and making it to your workout.
FitGrip exists for those moments. For the bad days, the messy weeks, the breakups, the burnouts, the tears, the frustration. When life is heavy but you still show up for yourself.
